FAFSA
Students begin The Modern financial aid application process by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, known as the FAFSA. The Modern’s financial aid staff can process your FAFSA electronically at the time of your appointment with information from your federal income tax returns and W2s. Your completed FAFSA will determine eligibility for grants and loans, and will provide information for completing all other necessary financial aid forms.

After you and your parent(s)/spouse have completed the FAFSA application(s), you will receive an itemized financial aid estimate showing the total financial aid you may be eligible to receive. If you do not have a copy of your federal income tax return(s) and W-2's, you can request a copy from the IRS website at www.irs.gov.
